Like most websites, this website uses Google Analytics (GA) to trace user interaction. We use this information to work out the number of individuals visiting our website, to learn how they use our website and to follow their journey through the website. Although GA records information like your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer\'92s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. We take into account Google to be a 3rd party computing device. GA makes use of cookies, details of which can be found on Google developer guides. FYI our website uses the analytics  implementation of GA. Disabling cookies on your web browser can stop GA from monitoring any a part of your visit to pages on this website.

3.2 Contact forms and email links

Should you opt to contact us via our contact form, none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website or passed to be processed by any  third party data processors defined in section 6.0. Instead the data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes called SSL) which means that the e-mail content is encrypted using, 256-bit cryptography before being sent across the internet. The email content is then decrypted by our native computers and devices.

We consider MailChimp to be a third party data processor (see section 6.0 below). The email address that you submit will not be stored within this website's own database or in any of our internal computer systems. Your email address can stay among MailChimp info for as long as we have a tendency to still use MailChimp services for email purposes or till you specifically request removal from the list. You can do that by unsubscribing from the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we have may  send you or by requesting removal to us via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list. As mentioned in section three.2 above, if you submit a comment to a blog post published on this website some personal information will be stored within this website's database. This is only scenario where  personal information may be kept on this website.  In the near future we\'a0aim to change the storage of this data to a pseudonymous fashion meaning that the data would require additional processing using a separately stored key before it could be used, in any way shape or form, to identify any said individual. We are committed to keeping it as a high priority and will implement it on this website as soon as the opportunity arises.
